About 15,000 residents of Albay province form a human 'no smoking' sign at the Bicol University grounds in Legazpi City on Friday, June 28. The city government is attempting to set a Guinness World Record for the biggest no smoking human logo.

A very thoughtful qutosien, but I think you need to let your man know it's ok to smoke as much weed as it takes. Smoking cigarettes does not do the same thing to your lungs as smoking marijuana. I'm saying this because it sounds like your smoking concerns come from the health problems cigarette smokers get in to. Although we are all absolutely certain of the negative effects that cigarettes have on the body, the verdict is still out on whether or not Marijuana is harmful enough to kill, regardless of how much of it you smoke. The first No Smoking Day was on Ash Wednesday in 1984 and it now takes place on the second Wednesday in March. These awesome little bal;ls of tasty fun are so good i ate 20 in one sitting.Bicol Express is probably my favourite Filo dish. Yay for Bicolano Cuisine
